Exercise 6.5 – Switch off

Deactivating your mind from work is a massive challenge for many. For this I recommend switching off from unhelpful distractions, emails, disconnecting from social media and removing work materials from your living space. Write a list of your top 5 strategies that bookend the end of your day which help you create a wind down headspace. Spend the next week making this your priority and schedule it into your plans.
