Exercise 1.1

Our lives are made up of events and experiences. We connect them over time to form a plot and create a story. Be mindful of the story that you tell yourself and others about yourself and who you are. This should be a strength fuelled tale.

Make time to think about the story you tell about yourself when you meet people. Make sure that it includes:
