Our subconscious is always seeking to prove us right by finding more evidence of whatever it is we give focus to.

Have you ever thought about buying a certain brand of car and then seen it everywhere? Or learnt a new word only to then hear it be used several times the following days? We can use this principle to help us feel more positive emotions throughout our day by frequently focusing on gratitude, as you will in this 10 minute meditation.
